It’s all up to luck as there are 11 “special poems” in total and 3 are randomly picked each time DDLC is launched with a new save.
Gotten from completing the Side Story “Equals”ĩ/10 are all randomized “special poems” which, as far as I know, can’t be acquired in any particular way. Gotten from the Side Story “Self-Love 2”. Gotten from the Side Story “Reflection 2”. Gotten from the Side Story “Understanding 2”. Reply “I love you” to Sayori’s confession. Choose to help Natsuki for festival preparations. Choose to help Yuri for festival preparations. Write a poem for Sayori in both the first and second poem games. Get the true ending to get this letter. A poem you get from Monika during only Act 2. A poem you get from Yuri during only Act 2. Yuri’s special poem, acquired by writing all three poems for her. A poem by Natsuki from the Side Story “Balance”. This game file highlights the devil inside the main characters. That's why I choose not to blame myself for their actions. Such a deplorable, tangled mess is already present in every single one of them. Or into a newly-opened gash in their skin, hidden only by sleeves of a cute new shirt. Into their stomach, forcing them to drown their guilt in comfort food. Into their willpower, starving them of all motivation and desire. All thrashing to escape the feeble hold of their host, seeping through every little crevice they can find. "Beneath their manufactured perception - their artificial reality - is a writhing, twisted mess of dread. Inside is a poem with the title: "There's a little devil inside all of us". 
In Act 2, as the player progress through the game with Sayori gone and only 3 girls remaining, a game file named: CAN YOU HEAR ME.txt will appear after they write their first poem.
